1)If you attended Mayor Daley's speech think about how pathos factored into it. Do you think he used to much pathos, not enough pathos, or do you believe he used it effectively? Why?
2)Think about your favorite movies and tv shows. Who are your favorite characters. Why are they your favorites? Think about how pathos is used to endear you to a show, movie, or character. Also keep in mind your favorite scenes from movies and tv shows. What made them so great. How was pathos used (music, gestures, camera angles, lighting etc.)
